There is  (1) one queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and (2) two twins in the guest bedroom.  It also offers Refrigerator, Range, Dishwasher, Disposal, Wet Bar, Telephone Service, Cable, Over-Sized TV, Double-Phone Jacks Throughout, Stack Washer and Dryer located in Utility Closet, Lots of Parking, Swimming Pool, Tennis Courts, Community Bar-B-Q Area, Private Boardwalk to the Beach, Shade Trees abound within a Resort Atmosphere, and Security Building at entrance to Property.

This tree-top condo is completely furnished with all kitchen utensils, plates, cups and glass ware. Linens are also included such as  bed sheets, comforters, bath (and kitchen) towels and wash clothes.

This beautiful resort condo is centrally located on beautiful Amelia Island, and is perfectly-located for walking to the beach or sight-seeing the surrounding area by bicycle.

Smoking permitted only on the outside balcony, not inside the condo.
No pets, please, as they are not allowed at the Amelia Landings resort.
