Mac Daniel, the Broker of Mac Daniel Realty, is a
third-generation Native of Amelia Island, and has over 22 years

graduated with a BBA in Accounting from Valdosta State
University (Valdosta, Ga) in 1983, and went into the real estate
industry in 1984.
Mac has been very successful in the local real estate industry,
and he recently bought our ocean view, commercial office
building located at 2856 Sadler Road, which is right across from
the new Amelia Suites Hotel, Shoney's and Sliders on Amelia
Island.
Carolee Pearce is a Realtor-Associate with Mac Daniel Realty.
She is a Retired Lt. Colonel in the United States Marine Corps
after 21 years, and is also retired from the Fulton County
school system in Atlanta, Georgia as a school Psychologist. She
holds a BA degree in English and Personal Relations and has a
Masters degree in Psychology. Carolee was the President for two
consecutive years of the 1,200 member Fulton County Teachers
Association.
 Dacia
Nikolas is a Broker-Associate with Mac Daniel Realty and has
been a resident of Amelia Island for the past twelve years. She
is from Atlanta, Georgia where she was a Broker-Associate for
over ten years with both Coldwell Banker and Re/Max. Dacia has
vast amounts of real estate experience, and we are very
fortunate to have her as a part of our Amelia Island FSBO
program.
