Our names are Max and Paula Barnes, we reside in Georgia and we bought our oceanfront, Amelia Surf & Racquet Club condo from Mac Daniel.

We recently sold our condo, B-146, at the Amelia Surf & Racquet Club through Mac Daniel Real Estate. Selecting Mac as our Realtor was not a hard choice since we had worked with him several years earlier buying the same condo.

During somewhat slow market conditions, Mac's open houses at our condo (complete with Santa Claus outfit), colorful brochures, and promotion on his website gave us our sales success.
